SHIPPING

All domestic orders are typically shipped the next business day from our warehouse in Illinois via USPS Mail, unless otherwise specified during checkout. Once orders are picked up each day by the USPS, we have to rely on them to deliver the shipments in a timely manner.  Although unlikely, sometimes this is not the case so it's important to note all transit times are estimations and we cannot predict any delays by the USPS.  

We offer two delivery options for international shipping, USPS International and DHL Express. While USPS is often less expensive, in certain instances shipments could take up to 2 months to be delivered. DHL, while often more expensive, is quicker and usually arrives in 3-5 business days.

We offer optional Shipping Protection on all purchases at the time of checkout.  This shipping protection provides insurance in case your package gets damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.  If you opt out of Bender Shipping Protection during checkout you are acknowledging that Bender Gloves is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

PLEASE NOTE - Any shipment marked "Return to Sender" will be sent back to our warehouse.  This can happen for several reasons, and if this is a result of something on our end we will reship immediately at no charge to the customer.  However any order that needs to be reshipped due to refusal, wrong address, typos submitted at checkout, non-pickup, etc. is subject to a $5 reshipping fee.  These shipments do not qualify for Bender Shipping Protection and will be charged to the customer.
