SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed on our website typically ship the next business day, but in certain circumstances may take up to 2 business days to process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.  We ship daily all over the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically updated after you enter your shipping address.  Additionally, you can use the shipping calculator located in the cart and checkout.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order with the tracking number that you received with your order confirmation.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

We offer optional Shipping Protection on all purchases at the time of checkout.  If you choose to keep our package protection you can easily resolve shipping issues HERE.

You are out of something, how long before you get it back in stock?

We are constantly reloading inventory and dropping new products.  Be sure to sign up for our emails and follow us on social media so you are one of the first to know!

What is the warranty policy?

Due to nature of a golf swing, grips, clubs, and how the glove is cared for between swings  we offer a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase.  

How do I send a glove back for exchange?

Items bought directly on BenderGloves.com may be returned for any reason within 30 days of original purchase.  For detailed information, visit our returns section.

How long does it take to process an exchange or refund?

Exchanges are processed within 2 business days of being received by our warehouse.  Depending on your financial institution, up to an additional 10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your bank statement.  Please note, times of high return volume may require additional processing time by our warehouse.

How long should a glove last?

We use premium materials and reinforce certain areas to increase durability; however, golf gloves are meant to wear out.  PGA did a study that resulted in an average usability of 7 rounds before a leather golf glove needed to be replaced.  We recommend that you follow their guidelines.  This does not include range time, we recommend not using any new glove on the driving range.

Will the color fade?

On certain gloves, some mild coloring may transfer to your palm after use.  Although this typically doesn't happen, with any dyed product color from the leather can bleed.  If this does occasionally happen it can be washed off with mild soap and water.  Additionally, depending on grip strength and club usage some color loss may occur on the palm side after use.
