    WARRANTY POLICY

    Our warranty period that lasts 30 days from the order date.  If there is an issue with the glove during that period, we replace it and cover the shipping.  We understand there may be circumstances that do not allow you to fully use the glove within those 30 days, however it gives you ample time to try the glove on and check for defects.  If you received a damaged or defect item purchased directly from bendergloves.com, or something happens within the first 30 days, please submit several photos that clearly show the product issues along with your original order number to info@bendergloves.com. When possible please provide an overall image of the product and close-ups of the defective features.

    Please note: 
    *Warranty replacements must be for the same design and size originally ordered. 
    *Not covered under warranty are markings on gloves caused by golf club grips (dirt, rubber, grinding, etc).  
    *Color wear on the palm of the glove is not covered by warranty.  Grip hand strength as well as how rigid the club grip material is contribute to the discoloration on the palm.  This happens for both white and black palm gloves, but is not as noticeable as color gloves.  This color wear does not hinder glove performance and is therfore not covered by our warranty or return/exchange policy.
    *Items purchased during a sale or discount are not covered by warranty. 
    *We kindly ask that all warranty claims be handled through the original place of purchase.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Our 100% guarantee ensures that every purchase on bendergloves.com exceeds your expectations.  All returns and exchanges must be unused with the original tags or packaging.  Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from third-party retailers or events.

    Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a product refund or exchange.  Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment or as store credit and will not include any shipping charges.  Refunds to the original method of payment are subject to a restocking fee ($2 per item).

    In the event that a refund is issued to the original method of payment, we ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed.  Once your return is complete, you will be notified via email.

    Made-to-order apparel are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the custom nature of the product.

    Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

    Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
